Payment references
Deposit requests require a selected network and a transaction hash. Administrators review requests before crediting funds. A submitted hash alone is not proof that the correct asset and amount have arrived.
Account review
The operator can place accounts under review or suspend access. Additional clarification may be needed about a payment or account activity before the operator completes a review.
Use your own account
Do not share access or submit payment requests on behalf of another person. Do not submit a payment hash that does not relate to your request. Contact support when you need to correct a reference.
Questions about verification
Contact support for the operator’s verification requirements and accepted document submission process. Do not send identity documents through an unsolicited link or include wallet private keys in a message.
