Make a deposit
Open Deposit, choose an available asset and network, and copy the displayed wallet address. The amount field is the fiat value you are requesting to credit, not a cryptocurrency quantity. Enter the transaction hash after sending, then submit the request for review. Sending a request does not immediately increase your balance.
Review and credit
A payment appears as Pending until an administrator reviews it. An approved deposit credits the wallet; a rejected request does not. If a network is unavailable, contact support before sending any funds.
Request a withdrawal
Choose an available network, enter your destination address and submit an amount within the displayed limits. The amount is reserved from your available balance immediately. Rejection returns the reserved funds. A recorded approval is an administrative status; ask support for the transfer reference if needed.
EUR and USD
Your wallet is held in EUR. Account settings can display converted USD equivalents using a dated reference rate. Amounts you enter in USD are converted and rounded to EUR cents; the payment window shows the EUR wallet amount before submission. These display equivalents are not a cryptocurrency exchange quote. Switching the preference does not change your underlying funds.
Payment questions
Include the payment reference, asset, network and transaction hash in a support request. Never send your private keys. Your account shows the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits currently in effect.
